Subjective output, validated output

Travel recommendations are inherently subjective — different experts naturally recommend different places. So instead of forcing validators to agree on the same destinations, the leader generates the recommendation and validators evaluate quality and validity against the user's query (valid JSON, scores in range, reasonable costs). This achieves near 100% consensus even across different AI models.
